As a Transaction Analyst in the ATM Monitoring team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing issues across a nationwide network of 15, 000 ATMs, ensuring prompt resolution of network, hardware, software, supply, access, and facilities concerns. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication to deliver exceptional operational support and maintain high standards of ATM service reliability. You will utilize multiple systems and product expertise to resolve complex inquiries, escalate concerns as needed, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Job responsibilities: - Monitor ATM incidents to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation.
- Research ATM performance and health to proactively identify and resolve failures.
- Request or escalate vendor service and cash replenishment as needed.
- Analyze issues using multiple systems to determine root causes and solutions.
- Escalate concerns to appropriate teams or vendor partners for rapid resolution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate issue resolution.
- Exercise independent decision-making to resolve issues and support team members.
- Identify and report risk trends and patterns to management or partners.
- Participate in ongoing service and process education to maintain operational excellence.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous process improvement.
- Demonstrate shared values and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Technical qualifications or skills related to ATM operations
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of leadership
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn from peers
- Ability to follow complex methods and procedures accurately

Work Schedule: This role is in office,
Sunday thru Thursday between the hours of 1: 30pm to 10: 00pm, and is located in
