Description:

As a Project Manager in the Remediation and Corrections team, you will be responsible for the end to end management of correction case activities for the Consumer Banking, Connected Commerce and Business Banking books of work. You will apply a disciplined approach to ensure the remediation/correction case is completed to correct the issue, that any atonement or compensation for the customer occurs as appropriate, and that CCB Remediation & Corrections Guidelines are appropriately applied and followed. Additionally, your role will actively engage with partners across multiple lines of business including Legal, Compliance, Controls, Finance, Tax, Communications, Analytics, Testers, print vendors and many others.

Job responsibilities:
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, building timelines, publishing agendas and notes
  • Hold project team members accountable for meeting deliverables and established milestones
  • Manage all aspects of the customer communication
  • Provide accurate reporting on populations, financials and case health
  • Create presentation decks for awareness and approvals
  • Communicate with senior level managers; providing visibility of current case status and obstacles
  • Manage all the above while adhering to the CCB Remediation and Corrections Guidelines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Ability to influence and direct activities outside direct control
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills - ability to deliver initiatives with the highest level of quality
  • Initiative, drive, self-motivation, good judgment and commitment to taking on additional tasks to help deliver results based on established target dates
  • Analytical reasoning and the ability to explore unconventional methodology
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for all levels
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint efficiency

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3 plus years Consumer Banking business experience/knowledge
  • 3 plus years managing issues/projects


This role does not offer visa sponsorship.

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
