Description:

Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

As a Product Delivery Manager in Global Customer Platform, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. You will efficiently coordinate a broad portfolio of projects and drive them to successful closure. You will partner with the Customer Data Domain Leads and key stakeholders to define project scope and help develop the business case. You will have the ability to partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the department to understand their needs and facilitate the design and development of robust data solutions that meet and/or exceed customer expectations.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
  • Manage day to day individual workload, monitoring project milestones and critical dates to identify risk and define mitigation plans
  • Work with other cross-functional managers to select a core team for each project, present a plan and gain approval from the business and IT leadership
  • Create executive reporting and presentations that communicate relevant and timely program and roadmap information. Manage project stakeholder communications


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
  • Proven experience in delivering high-value technical projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to provide clarity and focus to projects while working with both engineering groups as well as senior product management
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience working in a Global organization is preferred
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience in product deployment processes


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Knowledge of Chase IT tools such as Service Now, Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence are a major plus
