Global Real Estate's Design & Construction team works to support the execution of construction projects across the globe within our corporate spaces. In this role, your analytical and organizational skills will be impactful to the efficiency and effectiveness of our Leadership, our Project teams and our Internal Business Partners.
As an Operations Associate within Global Real Estate's Design & Construction team, you will support the operational efforts of a global team, as well as exposure to our Internal Business Partners.
Job Responsibilities: - Organizes regular (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) oversight sessions as appropriate with all relevant businesses; reviews & documents specific metrics (key performance and risk indicators) required by each activity
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance for function level activities, partners and other areas as required
- Ensures the service quality of the relevant activity is being monitored on a regular basis
- Schedule and organize meetings, coordinating speakers and preparing agendas and minutes, including tracking action items
- Support in the creation and uplift of processes with a focus on automation and efficiency - process evaluation, mapping, design
- Lead ad hoc operational issues within the business management function
- Escalate anomalies or areas of concern to appropriate business and control partners as required
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Ski lls: - Experience as a member of an operations, regulatory, compliance, construction or similar team
- Proven ability to implement operational and planning practices
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills is essential
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities daily ensuring adherence to all risk control, compliance, and regulatory policies
- Experience working within a matrix-style structure across team
- Professional communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong in all MS applications including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: - Knowledge of the construction, design or engineering field a plus
