As a Product Delivery Lead, within the Finance Decision Optimization team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of Forecast Automation projects and initiatives across Consumer and Community Banking and be responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams and effectively delegating tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
Job responsibilities: - Support the transformation of strategic plans into actionable programs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and vision
- Maintain a backlog of requirements, and prioritizing based on feedback from multiple functional and line-of-business partners
- Develop robust reporting to track program status, understanding key project milestones and also tracking impact of calculator migration efforts (time saved, controls added, etc.)
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making, contributing to the successful execution of projects and initiatives
- Contribute to risk mitigation efforts, identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to ensure project success
- Create visual and verbal stories to articulate project progress at all levels of the organization, including communicating monthly updates to Consumer and Community Banking Finance Senior Leadership
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Proven skills in managing or leading projects or initiatives from ideation to execution
- Demonstrated ability to transform strategic plans into programs and projects, including initiating, planning, executing, and monitoring
- Proficiency in using software applications, digital platforms, and other technological tools to solve problems and improve processes.
- Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration across diverse teams with varied experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with our Intelligent Automation toolkit: Databricks, FRAME, Python, Alteryx, Driver-based calculator ("DBC"), Firmwide Forecasting Framework ("F3")
- Capability of presenting to an Managing Director and Executive Director level audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - JIRA and JIRA Align usage, familiarity with Scrum and Kanban
- Experience of working in a project management team
- A strong knowledge of Databricks and Python
- A strong knowledge of various Consumer and Community Banking lines of business
