As a Vice President, being the Financial Business manager supporting DEI & HR groups within the Financial Analysis team, you will serve as a strategic leader and primary point of contact for financial and metric decision making for Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) function and Human Resources (HR) Finance. You will regularly interface with senior field leadership to advise, present and interpret financial and business information and provide strategic financial input to the key stakeholders within DEI and HR. You will provide strategic financial and metric input to the DEI senior leaders and HR Finance team. Job Responsibilities
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion senior management team and Human Resources Chief Finance Officer (CFO), providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics and drive results
  • Leads a team of Data Analysts and Business Managers with a focus on recruiting, developing, and retaining a diverse team of top talent
  • Provides strategic analytical and business management support for the DEI function, with the responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the team's performance
  • Produces regular reporting and analyzes financial and metric results, including expenses; identify productivity initiatives and drive implementation
  • Lead the development of next generation reporting of metrics and identify areas for automation. Drive change, including defining dashboard requirements; enhance consistency and efficiency across existing processes and reporting to meet changing needs of the business
  • Leverages an understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to plan across the organization, assess the performance requirements implicit in these plans, and work alongside the DEI Team to develop strategies to deliver results
  • Produce and inform compelling data products, such as presentations, summaries, and internal reports to synthesize findings for decision-making
  • Establishes relationships and maintains lines of communication with key stakeholders throughout the Firm (e.g. Line Of Business (LOB) partners, DEI Operations, Risk, Controls, Legal, etc.) in conjunction with the DEI CFO and HR CFO

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years' experience in Finance, Business Management, Strategic Consulting or related discipline
  • Strong judgement, professional maturity and personal integrity. Strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based approach. Positive attitude, teachable, coachable
  • Strong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same time
  • Organized in taking a comprehensive project management approach to all work; ability to own projects and processes end to end
  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and drive change
  • Demonstrate ability to build relationships, partner with and influence stakeholders across multiple functional areas and lines of business to drive strategic efforts and to enhance the organization's reporting and analysis
  • Strategic thinker with sound financial acumen, technical skills, detail oriented focus, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint in particular) - a proven ability to use standard reporting applications and analytical techniques
  • Strong team leader and change agent; passionate about partnering with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to deepen impact in communities supported
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - ability to synthesize financial and metric information into concise, insightful and actionable recommendations
  • Expertise in creating and delivering presentations to groups. Ability to tailor message and style to different constituencies (e.g., DEI, HR, Finance, Executive Management)
