As a Program Director for the Governance of Intelligent Solutions and Estimations within the Consumer & Community Bank at JPMorganChase, you will oversee the strategic direction and implementation of oversight and governance of estimations, and intelligent solutions that utilize self-service technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and advanced analytics to enhance business functions. Job responsibilities - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the governance of Intelligent Solutions and Estimations, aligning with the overall business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Governance Framework: Maintain a robust governance framework that ensures compliance, risk management, and quality assurance for all intelligent solutions and estimations.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, internal and external partners, to drive collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the oversight and governance of our intelligent solutions and estimations.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers and analysts, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to drive success.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Expert-level project management skills, with experience leading complex and strategic projects and implementing operational plans in large organizations, showcasing skills equivalent to 8 or more years of experience.
- Strong understanding of self-service technologies, low-code/no-code platforms, and advanced analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide teams, influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, and drive strategic initiatives and organizational success.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and make informed decisions.
- Effective mentoring skills to develop team members and foster a culture of growth and collaboration, along with competence in quantitative reporting for analyzing data and supporting decision-making processes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills - Proven experience in program management, governance, or a related field, with a focus on intelligent solutions, business intelligence, or intelligent automation
- Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in consumer banking, is preferred.
- Capability to leverage AI/ML and/or automation for identifying and mitigating risks associated with emerging technologies, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency in oversight and governance.
- Proficiency in digital literacy for interpreting data, understanding technological impacts, and effectively communicating insights.
