Description:

The Technical Security team, as part of Corporate Global Security, is seeking a professional to support our product and operations teams who has a penchant for story-telling with financial data and is strategic, analytical and energetic. This is a high-impact opportunity on our Program Management team ensuring senior management across the Chief Administrative Office have visibility into major initiatives, business metrics, financials and data insights to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Business Analysis, Senior Associate within the Global Security team, you will have the opportunity to work with other highly motivated team members in transforming the finance function into a connected, forward-looking organization that promotes strategic decision making of the business. You will collaborate globally across a diverse set of stakeholders in a dynamic environment. This role offers high visibility across the Payments organization and exposure to the Chief Financial Officer of the business, as well as the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of stakeholders and senior business leads.
  • Creating project plans utilizing MS Project, process flows and financial projections
  • Performing data analysis, including data collection, synthesis, and translation of results into concrete actionable solutions
  • Telling the "So What" behind massive data trends and helping to guide our operational teams through continuous process improvement
  • Creating executive level presentations outlining multi year complex product roadmaps and user journeys
  • Mastering the art of the one pager, creating clear one page summaries of key business initiatives
  • Owning the content and quality of executive presentations-setting up meetings with required parties to get inputs and driving the drafting and finalization while meeting deadlines
  • Work with minimal direction/independently, keeping management informed of progress and escalating issues

Required Skills and Capabilities:
  • Experience using or at least exposure to Alteryx, MS Access VBA/Excel VBA, or a visualization tool such as Tableau
  • Experience in writing SQL (e.g. Oracle or Teradata but others are valuable and transferable)
  • 3-5 years business analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
  • Ability to utilize MS suite expertly including MS project, teams, excel, and powerpoint

  • Excellent communication and presentations skills across various stakeholders and senior management
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, detail oriented, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with different stakeholder groups to elicit business requirements, processes and data trends
  • Ability to work in a high-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work with minimal oversight
  • Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude and high level of performance on high profile/time-sensitive initiatives
