The Consumer Bank Marketing Acquisition team is responsible for developing and leading integrated marketing campaigns designed to profitably acquire primary bank relationships and grow share of wallet.
As a Senior Associate in Marketing Strategy within the Consumer Bank Acquisition Marketing team, your role will involve supporting marketing programs designed to drive profitable growth in new-to-deposit households through campaigns across both paid and owned channels. You will be instrumental in developing strategic marketing plans that leverage data for measurable outcomes, while effectively navigating a complex organizational structure to influence and gain consensus. Additionally, you will work closely with various departments to strategize audience targeting and channel approaches, and partner with analytics teams to assess performance and profitability.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: - 5+ years in marketing, with expertise in performance marketing.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills: - Financial services industry experience preferred.
