While others sleep, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct resident care with dignity, kindness, and compassion
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Answer call lights promptly and address resident needs
• Monitor residents throughout the night and report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Help create a calm, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow caregivers to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For:

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively during overnight hours
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
