Job Description:

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our International Tax team. This role reports to the Director, International Tax and partners closely with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Legal, FP& A, and the broader business.

Local Presence Matters: Although this is a remote opportunity, the selected candidate must be available locally to support essential activities such as in‑person collaboration and other key functions when required.

The position has a strong transfer pricing focus, with the remaining time dedicated to international tax compliance, planning, and audit support. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tax professional who thrives in a global, collaborative environment and enjoys working at the intersection of technical tax, data, and business strategy. This role provides exposure to a broad range of international tax matters and offers opportunities to take on additional responsibility over time, including involvement in more complex global tax initiatives and cross-functional projects, with a clear path for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer Pricing

  • Prepare, analyze, and maintain global transfer pricing documentation, including Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for intercompany service fees, including analysis, calculation, invoicing, reconciliation, and coordination with Finance to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform arm’s-length analyses and support benchmarking and economic analyses for related-party transactions.
  • Support transfer pricing-related tax audits and responses to information document requests (IDRs).
  • Coordinate with external advisors on transfer pricing planning, policy development, and documentation updates.

International Tax

  • Manage withholding tax engagements, including determining appropriate withholding rates and required documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation supporting international tax compliance and planning initiatives.
  • Retrieve, analyze, and reconcile financial data from Oracle, Power BI, and other financial systems.
  • Assist in the review of U.S. international tax filings, including foreign statements and disclosures.
  • Evaluate the impact of new and evolving U.S. and international tax legislation, including BEPS 2.0, Pillar Two, QDMTT, GILTI, and FDII.
  • Support and increasingly lead international tax planning initiatives, including modeling the tax impact of proposed transactions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, auditors, and local tax teams to support audits and statutory filings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in public accounting and/or a multinational corporate tax environment, with a strong focus on transfer pricing and international tax.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. international tax principles, OECD transfer pricing guidelines, and BEPS Pillar Two frameworks.
  • Advanced technology skills, including Excel, Alteryx, AI, and working knowledge of Oracle, PowerBI, or similar financial systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global environment.
