General Summary: The Credit Representative's responsibility is to manage customer receivable accounts as assigned to minimize Flambeaus risk and maximize cash flow position. This position is 100% onsite. Essential Duties: Assess creditworthiness of current and potential new customers through credit insurance provider.Collection of receivables through contact with customer on past due invoices and appropriate follow up to ensure payments are received.Set up new customers.Review deductions and process credit memos.Reconcile warranty claims.Reconcile customer accounts as needed.Internal follow up with other Flambeau departments to resolve customer deductions taken.Miscellaneous projects as assigned. #FLAMBEAULOW
