Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing support for various systems to ensure accuracy and data integrity of the Commercial and Industrial (C& I) contracts. This position will establish and maintain methodologies to ensure on-going accuracy and integration of processes. This position will identify, diagnose and resolve critical system or process gaps. The position will collaborate with key stakeholders in streamlining and process improvements to minimize manual work. This position serves as a SME to provide an escalation path for other team members and departments for direction/guidance. This position will participate and serve as a Support representative in multi-departmental meetings.
