We are looking for a Material Handler/Operator to join our Barberton, OH team! Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Schedule: Mon-Thu 3: 45p - 1: 45a

Pay Range: $18-$22/hr, based on experience

The Impact You'll Make:

• Safety & Team Coordination:
  • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
• Material Handling
  • Stacking and palletizing
  • Operate fork truck to lift/transport raw materials and finished products
• Machine Operations:
  • Set up and visually inspect machines at the beginning of each shift
  • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
• Training & Cross-Training:
  • Participate in regular training sessions
  • Crosstrain others to enhance team capabilities

Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
• Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
• Must be able to safely drive a forklift
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
