Description:
We are looking for a
Material Handler/Operator to join our Barberton, OH team! Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.
Schedule: Mon-Thu 3: 45p - 1: 45a
Pay Range: $18-$22/hr, based on experience
The Impact You'll Make: - Safety & Team Coordination:
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
- Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
- Material Handling
- Stacking and palletizing
- Operate fork truck to lift/transport raw materials and finished products
- Machine Operations:
- Set up and visually inspect machines at the beginning of each shift
- Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
- Training & Cross-Training:
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Crosstrain others to enhance team capabilities
Essential Experiences: - High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
- Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines
- Must be able to safely drive a forklift
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
