Description:

We are looking for new Machine Operators to join our team . Reporting to our Production Supervisors, you will be a key part in making our high-performance upcycled rubber products.

Shift: 2nd Shift (Mon-Thu)
Hours: 3: 45 PM - 1: 45 AM

Pay Range: $18-$24/ hr, based on experience

The Impact You'll Make:
  • Safety & Team Coordination:
    • Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
    • Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
    • Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches
  • Machine Operations:
    • Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
    • Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
    • Take manual measurements to ensure high quality
  • Training & Cross-Training:
    • Participate in regular training sessions
    • Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities


Essential Experiences:
  • High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
  • Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed - Regularly on Fridays and occasionally on Saturdays (during busy season)
