At Dublin Post Acute, in the heart of Dublin, Ohio, we're on the lookout for a full-time Wound Care Rockstar to bring their skills, smarts, and healing hands to our skilled nursing team.

🏥 What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading wound assessments, treatments, and follow-ups with compassion and precision.
• Collaborating with our amazing clinical team to create individualized care plans.
• Educating staff and residents on proper wound care and prevention.
• Participating in a shared on-call rotation (don't worry, we've got your back).

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license preferred - but experienced LPNs with a wound care passion are encouraged to apply.
• Wound care certification (WCC, CWCN, etc.) or willingness to obtain—we'll support you!
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a team-focused mindset.
• A can-do attitude and a heart for helping others heal.
