Now Hiring: Day Shift STNA (Primarily Weekends)
📍 Dublin Post Acute

Dublin Post Acute is currently seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team — with a primary focus on weekend coverage for day shift.
💲 Pay & Incentives:
  • Base Pay: Starting at $19.00 per hour and up, based on experience
  • Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour for shifts worked between 3: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM
  • Weekend Warrior Incentive: Earn an additional $3.00 per hour when you pick up two weekend shifts each week
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living
  • Support nursing staff with clinical tasks
  • Maintain a safe, compassionate environment
Qualifications:
  • Current Ohio STNA certification in good standing
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Reliable attendance and a commitment to exceptional care
