We're searching for a dedicated Unit Manager to oversee our skilled unit with clinical expertise, a calm under pressure, and a passion for delivering top-notch care. If you love collaborating, problem-solving, and being that person everyone turns to — we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage daily operations on the skilled nursing unit
  • Supervise nursing staff, offering mentorship and clinical guidance
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide leadership support
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident outcomes
  • Uphold compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures


What You Bring to the Table:
  • Active RN license in the state of Ohio (required)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in long-term or skilled nursing care (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and team coordination skills
  • A steady hand and a big heart — balancing care quality with staff support
