Dublin Post Acute, Dublin Ohio

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated STNAs to join our team! If you are passionate about providing high-quality care and making a difference in residents' lives, we want to hear from you.
Position Details:
  • Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions available
  • Day Shift / Evening Shift / Night Shift options
  • Every other weekend required
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Provide excellent resident care and support
  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
  • Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
  • Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
  • Previous long-term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
