DUBLIN is hiring!

Description:

We're Hiring: Staffing Coordinator!
Dublin Post Acute | Dublin, OH
Full-Time | Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) | Purpose-Driven

Are you a master of schedules? A wizard of time management? Do you believe spreadsheets can solve (almost) all of life's problems? If you just nodded three times, you might be the Staffing Coordinator we've been waiting for!

About the Role:

At Dublin Post Acute, we believe our residents deserve the very best — and that starts with having the right people in the right place at the right time. As our Staffing Coordinator, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures our care team is fully staffed, supported, and ready to shine.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Crafting, managing, and updating employee schedules like a scheduling savant
  • Working closely with department heads to anticipate staffing needs
  • Making last-minute changes with grace (and maybe a little caffeine)
  • Maintaining attendance records and keeping compliance top of mind
  • Ordering and managing facility supplies to keep things running smoothly
  • Building strong relationships with our team — because people matter here

Who You Are:
  • You've got experience in scheduling or healthcare staffing (bonus points for long-term care!)
  • You're organized, detail-oriented, and a pro at solving puzzles (a.k.a. coverage gaps)
  • You can juggle tasks like a circus performer — and keep smiling
  • Your communication game is top-notch: clear, kind, and confident
  • You know your way around Excel, scheduling software, and maybe even a walkie-talkie

Why You'll Love Us:
  • Full-time position
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • A warm, supportive team that feels like family
