Position Summary

Dublin Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team on the night shift. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to our residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being overnight.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Supervise and support STNAs/CNAs on the unit
• Ensure a calm, safe, and supportive overnight environment
• Respond efficiently to call lights, emergencies, and resident needs

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (new grads welcome!)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Compassionate, resident-focused mindset
