Dublin Post Acute is seeking a Part-Time Dietary Aide to support our dietary services team. As a valued member of our long-term care facility, you'll play a key role in ensuring residents receive nutritious, well-prepared meals in a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with meal preparation and food service according to dietary guidelines
• Serve meals to residents in the dining room and/or in-room as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
• Wash dishes, utensils, and ensure food safety standards are met
• Follow menus and portion control guidelines
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and care teams regarding resident needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting a plus
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Compassionate and respectful attitude toward seniors
• Must be dependable and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays
