Job Title: Dietary Aide
Location: Dublin Post Acute - Dublin, OH
Position Type: [Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN - adjust as needed]
Position Summary

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with meal preparation, food service, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines
  • Deliver trays and ensure residents receive the correct meals
  • Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Support cooks and dietary staff as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous dietary or food service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be dependable and punctual
Schedule
  • Flexible scheduling available
  • Weekend and holiday rotation required
