Job Description

Doma OH is hiring a Program Director in Lima, OH. This is a full-time position.

Purpose Statement: The Program Director provides day-to-day operational leadership across multiple sites. This role ensures that all staffing, quality, and regulatory standards are met in alignment with company policies and strategic goals set by the Regional Executive Director. The Program Director leads staff to ensure safe, respectful, and person-centered care, while supporting growth and compliance. Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Essential Functions) Oversee daily operations of multiple sites, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered services Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including licensing requirements Lead and manage site supervisors and direct support staff; ensure adequate staffing levels and oversee recruitment and retention efforts Conduct regular supervision, coaching, and performance reviews of direct reports Maintain regular on-site presence across all assigned sites; establish a consistent routine of walk-throughs, audits, and check-ins. All sites should be visited at least bi-weekly. Manage program budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure efficient use of resources in alignment with financial targets Ensure implementation and ongoing monitoring of individual service plans, behavior support plans, and clinical recommendations; track outcomes and adjust services as needed in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Foster positive relationships with guardians, case managers, and external stakeholders Ensure timely documentation, incident reporting, medication administration, and follow-up actions Oversee admissions, transitions, and discharges, ensuring appropriate client placement and maintaining target occupancy levels. Collaborate with the Regional Executive Director on strategic and operational planning, program expansion, and talent development Support a culture of data-driven decision-making and staff accountability using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Respond promptly to emergencies, staffing issues, or concerns from individuals or families Pay: $55, 000 -$65, 000 Schedule: Monday - Friday in the office.
