Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to residents as assigned.
• Collaborate closely with LPN and RN staff to monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions or behaviors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and observations.
• Provide personal care and support to residents.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Salary:

• $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on experience.
