Nursing Assistant - Night Shift

The Essentials: Schedule: Part-Time (24 hours/week) | 2x 12-hour shifts Night Shift | 7PM 7: 30AMLocation: Fairlawn, OHSpecialties: Post-Surgical Inpatient, Orthopedics What Youll Do: Performs patient care support tasks related to environmental services, dietary needs, transportation, supplies, and light maintenance activities.Supports the patient care team by providing direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, as well as administrative and clerical assistance.Incorporates hourly rounding into routine patient care; records patient charges accurately and on time as outlined in the procedural manual; and assists team members by answering phones and completing other clerical tasks as needed. What Were Looking For: Education: High School diploma or GED required.Experience: 3 to 5 years of patient care experience preferred.Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal; must be organized and detail oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.License/Certifications: BLS required within 3 months of hire.
