Clean Harbors is hiring a Supervisor Industrial Services in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time position.
HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Industrial Services Supervisor to lead Technical Automotive Paint Shop Cleaning services at customer facilities and join a safety-focused team. This role is responsible for directing daily operations and specialized cleaning activities that support the performance and reliability of paint shop equipment and processes. In partnership with Ford's production teams, the Industrial Services Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining optimal paint shop conditions to help prevent paint defects and ensure vehicles meet the highest quality standards. As a representative of HPC-Industrial, this individual will develop strong customer relationships while promoting safety, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery.
