Job Description
CITY OF MORAINE is hiring a BUILDING MANITENANCE WORKER P/T in MORAINE, OH. This is a full-time position.
We are looking for a part-time Building Maintenance Assistant within the Building Maintenance Department. Performs skilled and technical tasks in the maintenance department, repair, and operation of city buildings and recreation facilities. Work involves general repair, painting, and cleaning. The position is often physically demanding and may require work in difficult weather conditions. Maintenance Assistant works under the general supervision of the Maintenance Superintendent/Supervisor and may involve various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
