What You'll Be Doing

• Providing outstanding nursing care to our residents
• Assessing, monitoring, and documenting resident conditions
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes
• Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supporting residents, families, and fellow team members with compassion and professionalism
• Being the calm, capable problem-solver everyone is happy to see when you walk through the door

What We're Looking For

• Current RN license in the State of Ohio
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• A team player who can adapt and jump in where needed
• Long-term care or post-acute experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way
