What You'll Do:

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and clinical protocols
• Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise STNAs and ensure care tasks are carried out to the highest standard
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow staff

What We're Looking For:

• Current LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Strong clinical judgment with attention to detail
• A steady, reliable presence on shift — especially for PRN availability
• The ability to lead, listen, and support in a team-based care setting
• Compassion that shows in both small tasks and big decisions
