Responsibilities

At Avient, we're seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with meaningful career opportunities. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving the recruitment strategy for critical professional, technical, engineering, and research & development positions across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in recruiting for advanced manufacturing environments and possess the ability to identify, engage, and attract highly specialized talent. This individual will leverage advanced sourcing techniques, talent market intelligence, and strong stakeholder partnerships to deliver top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will work cross-functionally with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leadership teams to develop proactive recruiting strategies that support business growth and innovation.Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition with emphasis on full life cycle salaried recruiting. Preferably in a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods setting.
• Proven experience recruiting for highly specialized technical disciplines including engineering, R& D, product development, quality, operations, and manufacturing leadership positions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive change/process management.
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and drive results in attaining staffing goals.
• Understands Recruiting KPI's and strives for excellence to deliver results.
• Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, and social network recruiting platforms; Oracle Recruitment Cloud, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter platform.
