SummaryPerform routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.
Shift: Monday - Friday5: 00 a.m. - 1: 30 p.m.
Responsibilities- Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members, as needed.
- Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Data entry.
- Filing and other administrative duties.
- Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes.
- Interface with customer.
- Prepare business reports and presentations.
- Purchase supplies.
- Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
- Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
- Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years experience in automated office environment required.
- AS400 or SAP work experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coach co-workers.
- Intermediate computer and database application skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Knowledge of multi-line phone systems.
- Accurate data entry.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
- Prior dispatching experience strongly preferred.
