Salary Range: $55.00 - $80.00 Hourly

Project SchedulerUrban Engineers of New York, DPC. is seeking qualified individuals in Manhattan, NY to join our NY office as Project Scheduler. This position will be supporting upcoming projects in the New York area.

Project Scheduler Responsibilities: - Review, analyze and report on overall resource loaded Master Schedule for concurrent multiple projects within the operating railroad system
- Responsible for performing the scheduling oversight functions on more than one project at a time
- Prepare monthly logistics schedule reports for planned work vs. actual
- Prepare quarterly reports for executive management showing schedule performance and other salient information for project status
- Summarize and report project / program status and analyze multiple inter-contractual interfaces
- Provide updates on critical paths, schedule variances, progress and significant developments for inclusion in both monthly and quarterly reports
- Evaluate the impact of changes on cost, schedule, operations and scope documents
- Identify potential problem areas and/or delays and make recommendations
- Conduct or attend schedule meetings, record the minutes, and provide client reports
- Prepare TIA's
- Conduct what if analysis
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in CPM scheduling using Primavera P6 software for resource planning and management of multiple concurrent construction activities, with emphasis on railroad projects
- Working knowledge of the Primavera P6 scheduling software
- Ability to present information in a detailed, yet concise manner; work collaboratively with the project team, client and stakeholders; identify and analyze schedule logic revisions; work independently under tight deadlines and prepare and distribute timely effective status reports
- Capable to handle and coordinate multiple assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
