Saw Operator/Cutter

TYMETAL Corp. is seeking Saw Operator/Cutter to assist with the assembly of aluminum gates at our facility in Fort Edward, NY. We are looking for a detail-oriented and safety-minded individual with assembly experience in a manufacturing environment to work on our first shift - Monday through Friday 6: 00 a.m. to 2: 30 p.m. We have an immediate opening on our manufacturing team for a reliable, safe and detail-oriented individual. Your role as an assembler: Cut, drill, punch and layout of raw materials used in the assembly process.Assist in other parts of the assembly process, such as the loading and unloading of gates and raw materials.Perform numerous quality control checks throughout the entire layout and cutting process. Ensure the materialis within specifications per the shop drawing What Were Looking For: Must be at least 18 years of age.Basic math skills, including the ability to read a tape measure.Extremely detail-oriented and able to follow written direction.Excellent attention to safety.Experience with hand and power tools, including drills, pliers, saws, etc.Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
