Job DescriptionJob Title: Analyst, Security Support
Job Responsibilities: - Establish and manage strategic partnerships with law enforcement agencies to strengthen intelligence networks and enhance investigation effectiveness.
- Participates in professional organizations and seminars to network and expand industry knowledge.
- Drive proactive loss prevention initiatives by analyzing shipment trends, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing targeted risk mitigation measures.
- Serves as the regional security authority for Business Development, delivering risk assessments and security solutions that protect company assets while supporting revenue growth
- Oversee high -risk and high- value shipment protocols, ensuring appropriate safeguards are implemented and consistently executed.
- Directs facility security assessments and enforce corrective action plans to improve compliance, reduce claims exposure, and strengthen operational controls.
- Leads the performance, deployment and accountability, of contract guard services to ensure adherence to company security standards.
- Leads the investigation process for significate cargo losses and high -profile claims, determining root cause, identifying liability, and driving recovery efforts.
- Conducts investigative interview, synthesizes findings, and suggests corrective action to prevent recurrence and strengthen internal controls.
- Produce executive-level reporting on loss trends, investigative outcomes, and risk exposure, providing leadership with clear, data driven recommendations.
- Leads and collaborates with Human Resources complex workplace investigations involving operational integrity, misconduct, and workplace violence ensuring alignment with legal, ethical and corporate standards.
- U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S
- Currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself
- Experience with security investigations
- Bachelor's degree (or internationally comparable degree) preferred
