Supplemental Health Care is hiring Certified Respiratory Therapists for contract assignments at partnering Hospitals in Rochester, New York.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Respiratory Care Practitioner

1 year of acute care experience

Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle a multi-task environment
• Basic PC skills such as Windows NT and computerized respiratory equipment

Certified Respiratory Therapist CRT Contract Details:

• $1, 647 - $1, 829 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• NOC shifts available
• The CRT will give patients oxygen and manage ventilators
• The CRT will administer drugs to the lungs of the patient
• Duties will include but are not limited to: assisting with diagnosing lung or breathing disorders, analyzing blood and sputum in the lab, determining appropriate therapy and treatment options with physicians, and evaluating patients and performing tests and studies.
