Are you a highly organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We're looking for an experienced
Office Manager & Executive Assistant to play a key role in ensuring our workplace runs smoothly while directly supporting our Executive Leadership Team.
In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, manage relationships with vendors and internal teams, and act as a strategic partner to our CEO. You'll be the go-to person for keeping things organized, efficient, and running with a touch of creativity and professionalism.
What You'll Do - Oversee general office operations, including supplies, vendor management, and facilities coordination.
- Greet visitors, manage calls, and handle correspondence warmly and professionally.
- Act as a central communication hub for internal teams and external partners.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO.
- Serve as a key liaison for the CEO, ensuring smooth communication and follow-through across teams.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and expense reporting for the CEO.
- Partner with HR and IT to manage onboarding/offboarding logistics, workspace setup, and access.
- Manage office and event-related supplies.
- Help plan and execute meetings, team events, and company gatherings.
- Foster a positive, organized, and employee-friendly office environment.
- Take on other administrative projects and responsibilities as needed.
What You'll Bring - 2+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or project management.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with travel, calendar, or expense tools is a plus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
