For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $117, 600 - $176, 400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. About the Role: Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Manager leads and optimizes all supply chain activities supporting Motivair's engineered cooling solutions. This role ensures material availability, cost competitiveness, supplier performance, and operational continuity while driving growth, margin improvement, and on-time customer delivery. The position partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to align supply chain strategy with business objectives.
What will you do?
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned to operational and growth goals
  • Lead planning for engineered-to-order and configured products, balancing cost, lead time, and risk
  • Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and performance for direct and indirect materials
  • Establish strategic supplier partnerships and drive cost reduction initiatives
  • Oversee demand planning, MRP, inventory optimization, and S& OP processes
  • Ensure on-time material availability to support production and project schedules
  • Identify and mitigate supply risks and develop contingency sourcing strategies
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
  • Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team

What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 8-12+ years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with engineered-to-order or complex industrial products preferred
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management expertise
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Epicor)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred: MBA or Master's degree, professional certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CPSM), and Lean/Six Sigma experience
