For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $75, 338 - 138, 500 per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job- related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Description: Report to senior and managing consultants within advisory team. Work closely with members of the local and international teams to support and lead ongoing project delivery and help meet client needs. Analyze climate-related data, policy and standards. Develop insights and recommendations on climate-related topics. Deliver reports detailing project findings. Present key information to client stakeholders. Lead projects to determine the strategic direction of client's climate-related initiatives, contribute to and guide project execution, and ensure exceptional delivery quality while mentoring junior members of the team. Liaise with clients and actively manage and build relationships on each project. Leverage relationships to support business development opportunities with existing clients. Develop deep expertise on one or more key climate-related service that Schneider Electric Advisory Services offers. Contribute to internal process improvement or climate-related service line development by participating in global initiatives and working groups. Remote eligible up to 2 days/week.

Requirements: Position requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Math, Science, Environmental Sustainability, Engineering (any), or related field, and progressive, post-Bachelor's experience (2 years with Master's or 4 years with Bachelor's) in climate consulting, or related occupation, which must include at least some experience in the following skills: Greenhouse Gas Accounting, including professional project experience involving all three scopes detailed within the Greenhouse Gas Protocol; Environmental Life Cycle Assessment development; Decarbonization Strategy development; Assessing Climate Risk; Climate-related Reporting; Supporting the development of a proposal for a prospective client; and Managing a project team of at least two people on a client-facing project.
