Cross-Functional Collaboration Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and statusServe as the lead contact for assigned projectsAttend and participate in team meetingsSupport client services efforts by handling projects, collaborating with the project management team to develop timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in projectsDrive the daily activities of a project by overseeing project scope, changes, and roadblocks within timelines and budgets Client Engagement Prepare concise status and contact reports, outlining next steps, key dates, and deliverablesFacilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical-legal- regulatory compliance and submission requirementsDevelop and maintain knowledge of assigned brands and industry trendsLeverage the Petauri core values in all interactions by fostering a culture of leadership, partnership, professionalism, innovation, integrity, accountability and quality Financials Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including direct and labor costs, checking for out of scope items and hoursPartners with relevant team members to meet financial deliverable dates for estimates, invoices, and budgetsAssist with preparing financial and forecasting reports Process Operate within established client and agency processesOwns and generates internal trackers and client reports with oversightCo-create project briefs with account teamAttend and participate in client meetings as appropriate
