Nao Medical is growing its OASAS-certified outpatient substance use disorder program at our Mineola clinic, and we're looking for a contracted CASAC Counselor to provide individual and group counseling within a harm reduction framework. This is a flexible, on-call role with shifts available Monday through Friday between 9: 00 AM and 6: 00 PM, scheduled around your availability. You'll work alongside a Medical Director, an integrated care team, and a clinic that wraps substance use treatment into broader primary and behavioral health services instead of siloing it.
