The Position: As the Operations Associate, well count on you to ensure that all deliveries and pickups are entered into the Crown Management system. What youll do on a typical day: Complete data entry in a timely and efficient manner according to established department policies and procedures.Communicate with customers/forwarders and within the department or directly to the supervisor regarding issues, damages, shortages, or delays that arise with delivery or pickup of freight.Answer calls from customers; assisting as needed.Assist in sending and forwarding emails.Assist in entering pickup and delivery alerts.Perform other related duties as assigned
