This person will greet and seat all guests at the hotel restaurant, and ensure the guests have a quality dining experience. What You Will Be Doing: Ensure all tables are properly set before seating guests.Maintain seating chart for rotation of stations.Greet and seat guests properly and issue menus.Answer phone properly and follow all reservation procedures.Buss/pre-buss tables to assist servers.Ensure all menus are clean before shift.
