  • Provide insights and feedback to leadership to inform category-specific sales strategies and product development
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue goals in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 3+ years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency partners, particularly in retail or luxury sectors
  • Strong sales acumen with experience developing and delivering persuasive presentations
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into strategic recommendations
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and takes initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with social platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and first-party data strategies
  • This role is based in New York City with a hybrid in-office schedule
