Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
Support Visual Editors with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
Assist with photo shoot production, including sourcing props and materials
Provide production assistant support on set during photo shoots
Research photography for both print and digital platforms
Track and enter photo and production credits with accuracy
Assist with image processing and digital asset management, including metadata, file organization, and archiving
Prepare PDFs and support asset distribution across teams
Help maintain production documentation including invoices, estimates, contracts, call sheets, and insurance materials
Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)
Passion for photography, media, and visual storytelling
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-brand setting
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Interest in photo production, visual editing, or creative operations
Familiarity with digital asset management or creative tools is a plus
The hourly rate for this role is $20 per hour. This is a non-exempt position and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
