Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Support the editorial team with research, reporting, and fact-checking across platforms
  • Pitch creative and timely story ideas for ELLE Decor and Town & Country digital audiences
  • Write and build engaging digital stories aligned with brand voice and audience interests
  • Assist the social team with content creation, including short-form video and platform-native storytelling
  • Collaborate on the development and publishing of digital content
  • Provide support to the Editor-in-Chief’s assistant on various editorial and operational projects

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a clear voice
  • Interest in lifestyle, design, culture, and luxury content
  • Creative thinker who is eager to pitch and develop new ideas
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital publishing tools is a plus
  • Hybrid role with 4 days per week in-office

The base salary for this role is $20/hr. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
