Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

Shadow the advertising sales team to learn day-to-day account management and sales operations
Observe the development of proposals, pitch decks, and media plans
Attend internal meetings and, when appropriate, client and agency calls to understand the sales lifecycle
Assist with administrative tasks including organizing materials, updating trackers, and maintaining files
Help compile and organize campaign performance reports for team review
Conduct research on prospective clients, industry trends, and competitive activity
Support ad hoc projects to keep the team organized and on schedule

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

Strong communication skills, including professional email etiquette
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with deadlines
Interest in fashion, luxury, retail, and the advertising/media industry
Ability to research brands, trends, and competitors effectively
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets to organize and summarize information
Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information
Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and proactive in asking questions
Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate clearly across teams
Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or data dashboards is a plus

The hourly rate for this role is $20 per hour. This is a non-exempt position and eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
