Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Build and publish stories within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and strong presentation
  • Write SEO-driven stories that align with Oprah Daily’s voice and audience interests
  • Conduct research to support editorial content and story development
  • Assist the editorial team with administrative and organizational tasks
  • Support the market team by helping set up and prepare for run-throughs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily content operations

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Strong writing and editing skills with an interest in digital media and storytelling
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices or a willingness to learn
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to support a variety of team needs
  • Interest in lifestyle, wellness, culture, and Oprah Daily’s mission-driven content
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Hybrid role based in New York City with 4 days per week in-office

The base salary for this role is $20/hour. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
