Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Support the creation and development of RFP responses and marketing proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, product, and data to bring campaigns to life
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reporting with actionable insights
  • Maintain and update marketing databases to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Contribute to team brainstorming sessions and campaign ideation

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Strong interest in marketing, advertising, or media industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data and campaign performance metrics
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Hybrid role based in New York City with 4 days per week in-office

The base salary for this role is $20/hour. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
