Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Analyze digital performance data to uncover insights and support strategic initiatives across newsletters, video, and subscriptions
  • Collaborate with international markets to support execution of key digital strategies and communications
  • Build and optimize engaging newsletters designed to drive audience growth and retention
  • Contribute ideas and experimentation around AI tools to improve workflows and team efficiency
  • Audit, organize, and enhance brand and editorial playbooks to ensure clarity, usability, and alignment
  • Coordinate with licensing partners to track deliverables, support reporting processes, and maintain strong communication
  • Support content operations by training partners on platforms, organizing assets, and ensuring accurate metadata tagging
  • Assist project management teams on key initiatives, including rights and contracts systems and other global projects

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., GA4) and interest in using data to inform decisions
  • Experience or comfort working with AI tools to streamline workflows and processes
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe Creative tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working within structured documents and maintaining version control
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Based in New York City with the ability to work in-office 4 days per week

The base salary for this role is $20 per hour. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
